May he run out of ink

So, state employees get raises, teacher pensions rise, gas tax goes up, title prices increase and the public pays for it. We expand gambling, legalize pot, press for an "un-fair" tax and OK abortions. Our only hope is that the ink runs dry in our billionaire governor's pen before everyone leaves Illinois.
