Hampshire wins exciting finale at Dundee-Crown

Hampshire 57, Barrington 52: It was an exciting finish for 11th place at the Komaromy Classic, with Hampshire just edging out Barrington. Kelby Bannerman and Morgan Haefling had huge games for the Whip-Purs with 22 points and 20 points, respectively.

St. Charles North 42, Naperville Central 38: Annie Tate had a strong performance for the North Stars with 18 points and 12 rebounds, powering St. Charles North to a 13th place finish at the Komaromy Classic. Caroline Jakaitis also scored in double digits for St. Charles North with 11 points.

South Elgin 56, Resurrection 36: Megan McClure led South Elgin with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Ella Winterhalder added 12 points and 5 rebounds as the Storm finished in 15th place at the Dundee-Crown Komaromy Classic.

Lyons 40, Huntley 29: In the final round of play at the Montini Christmas Tournament, Huntley (5-10) was led by Bri Bower with 11 points and Kamsi Nwogu with 10 points.

Hinsdale Central 45, Elgin 15: The Maroons struggled to find the offense, playing for 15th place at the Wheaton North Falcon Classic. Sarah Moskow led the scoring for Elgin with 10 points.

Yorkville 44, ACC 38: It was a tough overtime loss for Aurora Central Catholic at the Oswego East Holiday Tournament, but Delani Kosner stood out with 14 points and broke the school 3-point record, sinking her 112th. Lara Anger added 8 points and 12 rebounds for the Chargers.
