Wheeling police locate missing 82-year-old woman with dementia

Wheeling police said late Friday they had located a missing 82-year-old woman who has dementia.

An alert for the Wheeling woman was put out earlier in the evening. She had left home around 9 a.m. and at 3 p.m., her iPass activated on Interstate 355 headed south at Roosevelt Road.
