Mustangs forward Bond earns weekly honors in MASL

Thanks to 6 goals and a pair of assists in two Chicago victories last weekend, Mustangs forward Taylor Bond earned his second MASL Team of the Week honor this season.

Bond, a native of St. Charles, leads the indoor pro soccer team in scoring with 31 goals and 11 assists. He is fourth in the league in goals.

The Mustangs (9-7) host Cedar Rapids at 3 p.m., Sunday at Sears Centre Arena.
