Farmers market in Mundelein:

Produce lovers can head to Mundelein on Friday for the town's weekly farmers market. The gathering runs from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Santa Maria del Popolo Church parking lot on Route 45 near Courtland Street. It continues every Friday through Oct. 7. More than 30 vendors set up each week.
