Beach Bash at Diamond Lake in Mundelein June 22

Beach Bash at Diamond Lake in Mundelein will feature a day of activities from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 22.

The event at Diamond Lake Beach & Recreation Center, 1016 Diamond Lake Road, begins with a free Latin-themed Zumba dance class at 10 a.m., followed by yoga on the beach at 11 a.m. Competitions and family challenges begin at noon.

Entertainment also includes a sand castle showcase, Ninja Warrior competition for kids at 1 p.m. and Cardboard Regatta race at 3 p.m. The Wonder Lake Ski Show Team performs at 6 p.m. Food trucks will be available for lunch and dinner.
