The mayor's haircut

Fortunately I do not live in Chicago, so Lori Lightfoot is not my mayor. Nevertheless I was truly offended when the Mayor said she could break the Illinois Corona Virus rules and get a haircut because she is very particular about her personal hygiene. Does she think that most men and women do not care about their personal hygiene? How very arrogant.

This almost total shutdown is inconvenient and to a certain extent unnecessary for everyone, and just because Lori Lightfoot considers herself a celebrity is no excuse for her breaking the rules. Perhaps if our "elected" officials had to live by the same rules as their constituents they would think twice about the impositions we citizens have to live with.
