Grain mixed, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery was 0.25 cent lower at $3.7660 a bushel; Sept. corn was 2.50 cents lower at $3.2440 bushel; Sept. oats was 4 cents higher at $1.69 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans gained 2 cents to $9.90 a bushel.

Beef mixed and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle was 1.13 cents higher at $1.0253 a pound; September feeder cattle was .35 cent higher at $1.3195 pound; October lean hogs lost .20 cents to to $.6080 a pound.
