Suns' T.J. Warren out for season with broken foot
PHOENIX (AP) - The fading Phoenix Suns got more bad news Tuesday. T.J. Warren is out for the season with a broken right foot.
The 6-foot-8, 22-year-old smooth-scoring forward, the 14th overall pick out of North Carolina State in the 2014 draft, appeared in 47 games, averaging 11 points and 3.1 rebounds per game. He was shooting 50 percent from the field and was part of the team's promising young trio that included Devin Booker and Archie Goodwin.
The Suns, who have lost 19 of their last 21 games, also are without guard Eric Bledsoe, who is out for the season with a torn ligament.
