Buffalo Grove to share sales tax revenue with Zonatherm Products

Buffalo Grove trustees last week approved an economic incentive agreement with Zonatherm Products Inc. at 875 Busch Parkway.

Zonatherm Products, known as Thermflo, recently built a new 41,000-square-foot headquarters building at 875 Busch Parkway. Previously located in Wheeling, Thermflo sells and repairs commercial power equipment, including HVAC and backup generators for data centers.

The agreement would last for up to seven years and calls for the village to share its home rule sales tax above a $100,000 base, with a cap of $500,000.
