Arkansas men finish tied for 3rd at SEC golf tournament
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas' men's golf team moved from fourth to a tie for third on the final day of the Southeastern Conference golf tournament at St. Simons Island, Georgia.
The Razorbacks finished 10-over on Sunday and finished the tournament with a 21-over 861, good enough for a tie with Florida for third place.
Georgia won the tournament at 13-over and Texas A&M was runner-up.
The finish was the Razorbacks' best at the SEC tournament since finishing second in 2009.
Taylor Moore and Charles Kim each finished in the top 10 among individuals. Moore finished tied for fifth at 2-over and Kim was alone in ninth place at 4-over.
