Girls golf: Prospect wins dual at Cog Hill

While rain limited the action of girls golf on Monday, Prospect had time over the weekend to post a 315-378 nonconference triumph over Lyons Township at Cog Hill Golf Club (Course 1).

Sophomore Kelly Kavanagh earned medalist honors on Saturday by shooting a 77 on the par 72 layout.

Completing the Knights' scorecard were Margherite Pettennuzzo (78), Emily Fleming (79) and Amanda Stein (81).

Also competing for the Knights were Emma Gries (84) and Taylor Chantry (85).
