Wheat for May rose 4 cents at 5.47 a bushel; May. corn was up 1.75 cents at 3.1925 a bushel, May oats fell 8.25 cents at $2.95 a bushel; while May soybeans gained 4.50 cents at $8.3925 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Apr. live cattle was off .03 cent at $.8595 a pound; Apr. feeder cattle was up .95 cent at $1.1942 a pound; while May. lean hogs rose 3.75 cents at $.5097 a pound.
