CMAP open house Thursday in Libertyville

An open house to discuss a long-range regional plan for the Chicago area will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church St.

The open house is one of 10 to solicit comments on a draft of the ON TO 2050 comprehensive regional plan by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. The plan is available at www.cmap.illinois.

Agency staff members will be on hand and also will present the draft 2019-2014 Transportation Improvement Program and air quality analysis of proposed transportation projects.
