Naperville Student Wins Speech Contest
Nicole Tong of Kennedy Jr. High School placed first and Neha Ramachandran of Madison Jr. High placed fourth in the DuPage County American Legion Jr. High School Constitutional Speech Contest.
Nicole had won first place and Neha second in the Naperville American Legion Post 43 contest held on April 9, 2016
Each of eight contestants at the county contest spoke for not-less-than four and not-more-than six minutes, on a phase of the U.S. Constitution of their choosing.
The contest was held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 in the visitor center theater at Cantigny Park in Wheaton.
