Police fundraiser set for Friday in Mundelein

The Mundelein Police Academy Alumni Association will hold its ninth annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser on Friday.

The event will run from 4:15 to 8 p.m. at the police station, 221 N. Lake St.

The Alumni Association assists the police department with many events throughout the year and has donated equipment such as portable breath testers for the department's use and donated money to the department's Shop with a Cop event.

Tickets are $8 for adults or $6 for kids between the ages of 5 and 12. Children under 4 years old get in free. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the event in the police station lobby.
