No one hurt in Libertyville house fire

A fire damaged a house in Libertyville on Thursday night but caused no injuries, authorities said.

Libertyville firefighters were called to the house on the 100 block of Coolidge Avenue about 6:45 p.m. Residents had a fire going in the fireplace, and it spread into a wall, officials said.

Firefighters opened up the wall and quickly got the blaze under control. The residents were allowed to remain in the home.
