Victory Packaging to open new Aurora facility

AURORA - Victory Packaging said it will open a new 275,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center at 1405 Sequoia Drive in Aurora.

The new facility, expected to open in April, represents a 37 percent larger, more strategically located facility for the Houston, Texas-based company. The facility also underscores Victory Packaging's ongoing pledge to the Chicago community.

"We're growing and committed to Chicago," saids Robert Egan, Co-President of Victory Packaging. "We've been here for 19 years with 30 employees today who serve 500 customers in a variety of industries. This new facility will enable us to better meet their needs as we continue to help improve their profitability with our packaging solutions."

Industry veterans Scott Besen, General Manager, and Tim Milet, Sales Manager, oversee Operations and Sales. Under their leadership, the Chicago branch, one of Victory Packaging's largest locations, serves customers through key services including vendor managed inventory, fulfillment, engineering and design, flexible packaging, equipment and automation, and total cost optimization.
