ELGIN - Lee & Associates negotiated a lease renewal in Northwest Business Park I, 2800 Galvin Drive in Elgin.

Fremont International Trading / FIT leased a total of 20,369 square feet of industrial space in the 117,000 square foot facility.

Senior Vice President Steve Bass and Principal John Sharpe of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Stockbridge Capital Group in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Nick Esposito of Avison Young.
