Call for artists for Arts in Bartlett's America the Beautiful exhibit

Arts in Bartlett calls for artists to submit work for "America the Beautiful" gallery exhibit at 215 S. Main Street in the Bartlett Center for the Arts. Work must be delivered the last week of July. The exhibit will be installed August 1 and will be on display for three months: August, September, October.

The winners of the Bartlett VFW Auxiliary Young American Patriotic Art Contest also will be part of the exhibit.

The artist reception will be at 7 p.m. , Friday August 5, with live music by Steve Askins of Elgin and an old-fashioned ice cream social.
