Woman charged in armed robbery in Downers Grove

A Joliet woman is facing charges of armed robbery in Downers Grove.
Victoria G. Montoya, 28, of the 300 block of Stone Street, is accused of robbing someone of $120 while using a 9 mm handgun at 1:15 a.m. Friday in Downers Grove, according to DuPage County records.
Montoya was charged with armed robbery with a firearm and is being held on $25,000 bond in DuPage County jail, records show.
Her next court date is Feb. 16.
