Glenbard South 8, West Chicago 1:

Winning pitcher Jacob Cyrus struck out seven in 5 innings and went 3-for-4 with 3 RBI for the Raiders (20-10, 16-7) in their Upstate Eight win. Drew Vozza, Mason Barnick and Cooper Wilson had 2 hits.

WW South 7, St. Charles North 3:

The Tigers (15-12, 9-11) took two out of three in their DuKane Conference series after breaking a 3-3 tie with a 3-run bottom of the fifth inning. Brad Novak drove in 2 runs and Matt Scherrman had 3 hits and an RBI. Ray Nepras picked up the win in relief.

Wheaton North 12, Batavia 1:

The Falcons (21-8, 16-4) smacked 14 hits to win in the DuKane Conference. Carson Roberts homered, Andy Nelson doubled twice and tripled and Ryan Russman added 3 hits. Joe Klein, Jay Gail, Nelson and Roberts combined for 11 RBI. Mike Sullivan pitched 6 innings to earn the victory.

Lake Park 6, St. Charles East 5:

Nic Aehlert's RBI groundout in the bottom of the sixth inning gave the Lancers (13-15, 8-12) the lead in their DuKane Conference victory. Jackson Kent was the winning pitcher in relief. John DeConcilis went 2-for-4 with an RBI.

St. Francis 8, Elmwood Park 7:

The Spartans (19-5, 9-2) wrapped up the Metro Suburban Conference Blue championship. Ben Radel won on the mound.

Wheaton Academy 3, Ridgewood 0:

Complete-game winning pitcher Peter Crowe struck out four and scattered 3 hits for the Warriors (16-12, 7-4 Metro Suburban). Max Martin drove in 2 runs.

Downers South 8, Morton 2:

Jack Blazevich homered and drove in 2 runs for the Mustangs (17-10, 14-3 West Suburban Gold). Keegan Garland also had 2 RBI. Kyle Vogt was the winning pitcher.

Willowbrook 5, Downers North 3:

The Warriors (23-4) scored a pair of runs on Marshall McDonnell's sacrifice fly in the top of the eighth inning to win the West Suburban Conference crossover. Jack Nilles got the win and Josh Roucka the save. Joe Stellato had 2 hits for Downers North (5-24).
