Letter: Discussing a president's 'cognitive issues'

The author of a letter on Monday's Opinion page brought up two considerations of what our president should do. Hmm, let's see. The first suggestion was for him to have a cognitive test. On what grounds? Because he has a slight stutter? His age? So far we have seen amazing responses from our president. Nothing to suggest any cognitive issues. Now, if you want to discuss a former president that has cognitive issues, I have one we can talk about.
