Libertyville Sunrise Rotary fundraiser set for Feb. 25

The Libertyville Sunrise Rotary will host its annual winter fundraiser Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Royal Melbourne Country Club, 4700 Royal Melbourne Drive (west of Route 83, south of Gilmer Road) in Long Grove.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. The event will include live music, carnival games, and silent auctions.

Last year, $90,000 was distributed to 31 charities for literacy and scholarship programs; programs to combat hunger, homelessness and domestic violence; veterans charities; and more. Libertyville Sunrise Rotary meets at 7 a.m. Wednesdays at Lambs Farm on Route 176 near I-90 in Green Oaks.
