Grains mostly higher, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher on Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Mar. advanced $1.3950 at $13.40 a bushel; Mar. corn rose 34.25 cents at $7.90 a bushel; May. oats lost 65.25 cents at $6.76 a bushel; while Mar. soybeans was up 11.75 cents at $16.9650 a bushel.

Beef and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Apr. live cattle was off 2.18 cents at $1.3677 a pound; Mar. feeder cattle lost 4.70 cents at $1.5195 a pound; Apr. lean hogs fell 3.60 cents at $1.0237 a pound.
