Grains mixed, Livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed on Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for May rose 9 cents at $11.2450 a bushel; Mar. corn was up 5.25 cents at $7.4975 a bushel; Mar. oats was off 5.75 cents at $6.5025 a bushel; while Mar. soybeans declined 48.50 cents at $16.5650 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Feb. live cattle gained 1.38 cents at $1.4070 a pound; Mar. feeder cattle was up .50 cent at $1.5605 a pound; Apr. lean hogs rose 1.02 cents at $1.0232 a pound.
