Lee & Associates brokers sale to Bandana's BBQ

TINLEY PARK — Lee & Associates recently closed the sale of a 4,245 square foot retail property at 16200 S. Harlem Ave. in Tinley Park.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Rick Scardino, principal of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, brokered the sale from Sundance Development to Bandana's BBQ.

“This is the first entry by this 29 unit, St. Louis-based chain into metro Chicago,” Scardino said. “A collaboration of efforts by the village of Tinley Park and the seller will create a nice launchpad for possible future locations in metro Chicago.”
