Ethics baggage weighs down Democrats

So Debbie Wasserman-Schultz steps down as DNC Chair after the discovery that she's run the national Democrat organization like a branch office of the Clinton Foundation. Clinton Inc. is grateful, but Bernie's army of free-stuff-loving whiny campus brats and aging Baby Boomer leftists taste sour grapes.

Don't confuse DW-S with WD-40. One is a useful lubricant which unsticks stuck stuff. The other gums up the works and is known for sticking in craws.

Like her patroness, HRC, a/k/a/ Hillary, Ms. DW-S is undone by rogue email. Maybe the two of them should go medieval, hire some monastic scribes and go back to quill and parchment - and hope no blabbermouth monks spill their beans.

Will James Comey and Loretta Lynch again be available to smooth waters, ease angst and make things hunky-dory for Democrats? Will there be sightings of Bill Clinton on Philly tarmacs meeting with anyone who can help his wife? Will Lord Obama summon his best Black-Lives-Matter brogue and announce that, if he was a woman, he'd look like Hillary? Will Michelle continue to be proud of America, not like she was during Bill Clinton's administration?

And what of "Feel the Burn" Bernie? After being "subterfuged" out of the race by DW-S and Clinton Inc, he still offers his crooked, unindicted-criminal opponent a hearty endorsement. One could understand him giving soft support for a lesser-of-two-evils. But strewing her path with rose petals and holding her train while she strides to the altar?

Seems like the same hypocrisy and political corruption he condemns. Wonder if he heard the boos from his disenchanted supporters when he offered his endorsement. Was Bernie feeling their spurn?

In the meantime, be wary of frisky email servers and people with hyphenated last names.
