Blame government, not business, for bad rules

I see in the March 2 Business Section that our U.S. Senator, Dick Durbin, criticizes Abbott Labs for planning to fire 180 U.S. workers and replace them with foreign workers. But Abbott is following a law put in place by Mr. Durbin's organization, the federal government. Place the blame where it belongs, Mr. Durbin. Not with Abbott Labs for following the rules, but with your organization for making bad rules.
