Letter: Question their motives

Once again, Democrats have gotten it wrong. We already have highest taxes in country, highest unemployment in the region and worst bond rating in the country. And, I watch more and more of my neighbors and community pack up one way U-Hauls to leave Illinois as the Illinois Democrats continue to try run it into the ground.

The latest evidence is what the rest of nation is calling the "Purge Act" or as the Illinois Democrats want to call the "Safe-T Act." I mean what could go wrong in a state where gun shootings and carjackings have become the unofficial sport of Chicago than to let more violent and dangerous criminals out on the streets with no cash bond? This makes me wonder if the Democrats are passing such dangerous laws that will cause crime to get so out of control they say they will have to start to confiscate weapons?
