Discount Arlington Million tickets on sale Wednesday

Discount tickets for the Arlington Million go on sale Wednesday morning offering a 35 percent discount in honor of the race's 35th running.

A three-day, online-only sale starts at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at arlingtonpark.com. The track's signature race is Saturday, Aug. 12, with gates opening at 11 a.m. and the first post at 12:15 p.m. General admission is normally $30.

Arlington's 71-day thoroughbred racing schedule runs from May 5 through Sept. 23.
