Palatine community forum set for May 9

Representatives from Palatine-area governments will provide a spring update on initiatives, projects and other news at a special forum. Hosted by the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce, the free community forum will have presentations from 8 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, at Palatine village hall, 200 E. Wood St., in meeting room B. Expected to participate are the village of Palatine, Palatine Township, Palatine Township Elementary District 15, Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211, Harper College, Palatine Public Library, Palatine Park District, Salt Creek Park District and the chamber. Open networking and a greeting will start at 7:30 a.m.
