Sycamore 5, Antioch 2: The Sequoits lost their opening game in the Freeport tournament, despite Rachel Moore's goal and assist.

Morgan Keefer also scored for Antioch, and Ella Roberts had an assist. Sequoits keeper Monica Wilhelm made 7 saves.

"In a very open game we had many chances to score and didn't finish our chances," Antioch coach Marni Polakow said. "That game could have been 5-5 or more if we don't hit the post three times and fail to miss other opportunities. Credit to Sycamore. They finished their opportunities."
