One-party conspiracy

Former president Trump is charged with conspiracy against rights. Here in Illinois we have had that forever. First in the primary where I have to choose a single party ballot even if I want to vote for someone in the other party. Next in the Electoral College with all or nothing where my vote does not count because all the votes go to the winning party.
