Lake Zurich sales tax ahead of projections

Lake Zurich officials say sales tax revenue is trending better than predicted for 2016.

The most recent December data shows sales tax revenue at $4.44 million so far. The 2016 receipts are expected to come in at $4.76 million, compared to a budgeted amount of $4.71 million.
