Mundelein dispensary celebrates expansion

Rise Mundelein cannabis dispensary, 1325 Armour Blvd., is hosting a community event to celebrate its expansion.

The event from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 will feature live music, food, giveaways from some of RISE's favorite brands and more. A ribbon-cutting will be from 8 to 8:30 a.m.

"Since launching their business in Mundelein in 2015, Green Thumb and Rise Mundelein have been excellent business and community partners," said Mayor Steve Lentz.
