Baseball: St. Viator downs St. Patrick

Jack Mahoney had 2 hits including a home run and 2 RBI as St. Viator's baseball team defeated St. Patrick 15-4 Thursday in an East Suburban Catholic Conference game played on the turf at Kerry Wood Field in Chicago.

Conor Warren (2 hits, 3 RBI), Casey Kmet (3B, 2 RBI), Michael Purk (2 RBI), Kevin Wilhite (2 hits, 2B) and Joe Brunetti (3 hits, 2B) also contributed offensively for the Lions (12-8, 4-8).

Owen Hickey earned the pitching win, going four innings and allowing 2 hits.
