Garibaldi's named Hoffman Estates Business of the Year

Two years after winning the Small Business of the Year Award from the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Garibaldi's Italian Eatery has won the top prize of Business of the Year in the village it's called home for 43 years.

The restaurant's award was one of six presented at the Chamber's Celebration of Excellence Dinner at the Chicago Marriott Northwest in Hoffman Estates.

This year's Small Business of the Year winner was Media Moon, LLC. The Hoffman Estates Park District was named the Chamber's Public Sector Partner of the Year.

Lisa Christie, financial adviser at L & M Financial Services Inc., was named Volunteer of the Year for her work with the Chamber.

The Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters received the Chairman's Award for its efforts during 2018.

The Splash Award, recognizing a new member for its support of the Chamber during the past year, went to Ace Relocation Systems Inc.
