• Malcolm M. Washington, 27, of the 200 block of Springbrook Trail, Oswego, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Walnut Street, according to police.
