Artists reception Saturday in Arlington Heights

A reception featuring artwork of local artists is scheduled for Saturday in Arlington Heights.

The Northwest Cultural Council is sponsoring the reception, scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Arlington Green Executive Center, 2101 S. Arlington Heights Road. The featured artists are Cheryl Calderon, Roger Gates, Michael Stone and Doris Hoyt, and their artwork includes watercolor, acrylic, digital art and mixed media.
