Tazelaar Joins @properties as education VP
Independent real estate brokerage and technology firm @properties Christie's International Real Estate said it has hired 19-year real estate industry veteran Denise Tazelaar as vice president of education.
Co-CEOs Thad Wong and Mike Golden made the announcement.
Tazelaar comes to @properties Christie's International Real Estate from Coldwell Banker Realty, where she most recently served as the vice president of agent development in the company's Downers Grove office.
At @properties Christie's International Real Estate, Tazelaar will help implement the company's industry-leading education and training programs. In her role, she will be working closely with executive vice president of culture, Amy Corr, and @properties executive vice president of innovation and education, Kevin Van Eck.
"With her extensive sales and coaching background, Denise is a great addition to @properties Christie's International Real Estate," Wong said. "We're thrilled to welcome her to the company."
Tazelaar is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. She has served as past secretary for the Women's Council of Realtors and is a certified mentor with real estate training organization Buffini & Co. She lives in Naperville and, in her spare time, enjoys golfing, travel and spending time with family and friends.
