Bliss Road lane closure, detour to start Monday, for four-month culvert project

Bliss Road in Sugar Grove will be closed to southbound traffic from Main Street Road near Batavia to Healy Road starting Monday, as a concrete box culvert is replaced. The project is expected to take four months. Northbound traffic will be restricted to one lane, and no trucks will be allowed. Southbound drivers will be directed to take Randall Road to Orchard Road, Orchard to Tanner Road, and Tanner to Healy. Additional work includes earth excavation, ditch grading, new asphalt pavement, pavement markings and streambank stabilization and restoration.
