Apartment property sold for $2.4 million

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the sale of a 17-unit apartment property located in La Grange.

Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm's Oak Brook office, said the asset sold for $2.4 million.

Eric P. Bell, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Bell.

Located at 30 S. Spring Ave., the property comprises 16 two-bedroom/one-bath apartments as well as a single one-bedroom/one-bath unit. Features include a storage unit for each tenant and on-site laundry facilities.
