Windy City Bulls defeat Sioux Falls Skyforce at home

The Windy City Bulls, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, beat the Sioux Falls Skyforce 117-99 Friday night. Windy City was led by guard Max Heidegger with 30 points and 5 assists off the bench

Chicago Bulls two-way forward Adama Sanogo finished with 26 points and 12 rebounds. Chicago Bulls two-way forward Onuarlp Bitim added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.

The game was tied 30-30 at the end of the first quarter. Sanogo scored 12 points on 5-for-7 shooting from the field in the first 12 minutes. The Bulls took a 4-point lead at halftime after Heidegger scored 9 points in the second quarter.

After a close first half Windy City took control of the game with an 85-75 lead over Sioux Falls at the end of the third quarter. The Bulls led by as many as 21 points in the fourth quarter in the win over the Skyforce.‌

Windy City’s bench chipped in 52 points, while the Sioux Falls bench finished with 19 points.

Sioux Falls was led by guard Alondes Williams with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Justin Champagnie chipped in 18 points 11 rebounds and 6 assists.

With the win Windy City improved to 8-5 in the regular season, while Sioux Falls fell to 8-6.

Next up, Windy City will host the Motor City Cruise at home on Sunday, December 17. The game is slated to tip-off at 5:00 p.m. CT and will be broadcasted live on NBAGLeague.com and NBC Sports Chicago.‌
