Itasca facility sold for $6.25 million

ITASCA - SVN|Chicago Commercial said it has completed the $6.25 million sale of a 40,150-square-foot industrial building at 150 Spring Lake Drive in Itasca. The name of the buyer was not released.

Jason Caplan of the SVN|Chicago Commercial Industrial Team represented the buyer. LabCorp of America has signed a long-term lease in that facility.

SVN|Chicago Commercial is a national full-service commercial real estate advisory firm located at 940 West Adams Street in downtown Chicago.
