Answer in plain language

The most important purpose of the impeachment inquiry is to inform Congress and educate the American voter. Using clear and common language is essential to accomplish this. So I'm so glad to see some people in government and the media beginning to describe president Trump's behavior in plain English. Forget the Latin quid pro quo. Yes, what he and his cohorts did was bribery and extortion. (Ukraine, you will get your congressionally approved money when you provide dirt on political opponent Biden). Our Constitution clearly states that bribery is an impeachable offense. Amen.
