Counseling business opens in McHenry County

CRYSTAL LAKE - The McHenry County community recently welcome Seeds of Hope Counseling to the area. The business provides quality support to women of all ages.

The office is located at 7115 Virginia Road in Crystal Lake.

Owner Sharon Fu is a licensed clinical counselor specializing in helping women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional abuse and trauma, and stress. Other areas of help include parenting and parenting of LGBTQ children.

Fu said her objective for clients include helping them set healthy boundaries, increase motivation and improve assertiveness and self-confidence.
