Oakton presents an evening of comedy, readings and music May 10

Oakton Community College's award-winning Speech and Debate Society and the OMG Players, an improvisation troupe, will host an evening of laughter and inspiring performances starting at 8 p.m. today at Studio One, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.

Matt Griffo, a Chicago musician, actor, and comedian who has been performing at festivals across the country since 2008, will also take the stage.

The Oakton Speech and Debate Society, OMG Players, and Griffo will entertain audiences by combining comedy and music interwoven with poetry and prose.
