Entre Commercial Realty Completes Sale of 111,594 SF Building in Schaumburg, IL
Arlington Heights, IL - Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has Entre Commercial Realty announces the successful completion of the sale of a 111,594 square foot industrial building at 933 Remington Road in Schaumburg, IL.
The property features modern office finishes, heavy power, extra land and is located in the prestigious Woodfield Business Center with proximity to numerous restaurants, retailers, hotels and other amenities.
Entre represented the seller, a private investor, who wished to sell the property in advance of a pending lease expiration in early 2024. Entre identified a gap in the market for comparable size and type of properties and created a competitive bidding environment with multiple offers. The sale closed before the lease expiration which provided for a closing with no vacancy or carry costs for the seller.
NBS Corporation acquired the property and plans to relocate from its current facility in Elk Grove Village, which it has outgrown.
