Circus's record ignored

I was very disappointed to see that while numerous venues have been cutting ties with the Garden Bros. Circus, given their well-documented record of animal abuse and public endangerment, Lake County Fairgrounds has chosen to allow Garden Bros. to put on their "shows" on June 3 and 4.

Over the last two decades, Garden's businesses (the circus changes names periodically) have been fined or barred from operating in at least six states due to animal cruelty, abuse and neglect.

Lake County Fairgrounds needs to research the organizations it allows to use its' property. And we, the consumer, need to know about the places we bring our families.
